5.1 List of authorized persons for opening and closing of departments should be given in Annexer
5.2.1 Take the keys from security department after entries made in key register and open the department and keep the keys in respective place.
5.2.2 Switch ‘ON’ the lights ,ensure the availability of fresh dresses (as per schedule), gloves and disinfectant.
5.2.3 Check whole department for cleanliness, if required get it cleaned.
5.3.4 Go through the ‘Log book’.
5.3.1 Ensure all the service lines like compressed air, vacuum, purified water, potable water lines are properly closed.
5.3.2 Ensure all the mains of electrical connections are switched “OFF”.
5.3.3 Check all the containers are closed properly and kept in their respective areas.
5.3.4 Ensure the cleanliness of department.
5.3.5 Write all the details clearly in ‘Log book’.
5.3.6 Ensure fresh dresses (as per schedule), gloves and disinfectant are arranged by house keeping department for next day.
5.3.7 Switch ‘OFF’ the lights, close the department and handed over the keys to security department after entries made in key register
